The role
- Full Time, Continuing
- Level B - $113,841 to $134,965 pa (plus 17% superannuation)
- Level C - $139,182 to $160,308 pa (plus 17% superannuation)
- Albury-Wodonga, Bathurst, Canberra, Dubbo, Orange or Wagga Wagga. Other locations / remote working also considered upon application.
In this role, you will contribute to the delivery of high‑quality, student‑centred learning within the flagship Master of Education (Teacher Librarianship) program and related fields, with all subjects taught in an online environment. Library and Information Management at Charles Sturt University has been ranked in the Top 100 worldwide in the 2026 QS Subject Rankings, reflecting the strong international standing and reputation of the discipline. You will be actively involved in curriculum development, academic administration, and the continuous improvement of learning experiences, while building strong professional relationships with students. About you
You will bring strong academic capability in teacher librarianship, along with the following:
- A doctoral qualification or equivalent standing in a relevant discipline
- Demonstrated strength in online learning and teaching
- Ability to teach across key areas of teacher librarianship and contribute to curriculum enhancement
- Eligibility for membership with a relevant professional body such as Australian Library and Information Association
- A developing research profile (Lecturer) or an established research profile with leadership capability (Senior Lecturer)
- Desirable: experience in related curriculum areas or active involvement in the teacher librarianship profession
